[pspell] Pspell .12 will break source-code compatibility

This is a head-up to let you know that Pspell .12 will unfortunately break
source-code compatibility with Pspell .11 due to the fact the many of the
PspellManager functions now take in a length parameter.  Fortunately, you
can restore the old behavior by simply defining the variable
USE_ORIGINAL_MANAGER_FUNCS before pspell.h is included.  I recommend that
all authors which are using Pspell do this now to avoid future problems.

Please see the CVS version of Pspell for more details.  In particular look
at the file interface/manager.h for the new function prototypes.
