[pspell] Question regarding the clone() method.

Hello,

Does anyone know why you must use the clone method to create a new 
PSpellConfig member in order to create a manager with new settings.
It looks the same to me as deleting the old configurator and creating a new 
one, with which you initialise the new manager.
