Hi all,

from the mid-term goals section of the manual I've removed the "More
flexible option and command handling" item since
`TeX-command-extra-options' should do the work. In addition, I
removed a couple of other entries I think are no more needed, hoping I
didn't misunderstand what they suggested. In that case, feel free to
revert my changes ;-)
