It's not only a question of tools, it's a matter of time. I have
limited time to devote to Autoconf, and there is a million things to
do. Either I craft Haute Couture patches with many little changes and
globally make small steps, or I try to maximize the return on
investment, which means tolerating connex changes in a single patch.
I prefer the latter. It does mean there is a fuzzy limit between
something absolutely out of purpose, and something which is in.
According to the hard limit, you are right, my fixing the comment was
not part of the previous patch. According to a softer limit, it's
obviously part of the same patch.
