Thanks for the information. I've managed to build debian packages of
binutils-2.16 and avr-gcc-3.4.4 and noticed that debian packages also
includes patch for the mega325 and mega3250 devices which are not
available from the http://www.kieltech.de/~ufechner/patch-2005-04.zip
I've used gcc-core-3.4.4 and gcc-g++-3.4.4 from the gnu mirror, because
full gcc tarball didn't produced avr-g++ command for my debian package,
don't know why. With gcc-core and gcc-g++ everything works fine. Now I'm
in process of building avr-libc debian package.
