Details:
Leaving the STK200 plugged into a parallel port stops the chip from working
dispite setting the -E noreset option. What is also odd, is if I leave the
programmer plugged in, but pull out the reset line ONLY, it still refuses to
work.
This problem is not present in 5.1
It's pretty clear it's not the reset line, I couldn't figure out what it was.
