I have a problem communicating with Atmega48.
ATmega32 programmed without any problem
avrdude -c usbasp -p m32
avrdude: AVR device initialized and ready to accept instructions

If I try to Atmega48P
avrdude -c usbasp -p m48p
avrdude: error: programm enable: target doesn't answer. 1
avrdude: initialization failed, rc=-1
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.
and
avrdude -p m48p -c usbasp -F
avrdude: error: programm enable: target doesn't answer. 1
avrdude: initialization failed, rc=-1
avrdude: AVR device initialized and ready to accept instructions
avrdude: Device signature = 0x88d692
avrdude: Expected signature for ATmega48P is 1E 92 0A
