[Bino-list] New feature: support for MPO images

Hi all,

MPO images should now work out of the box with recent versions of
FFmpeg:

Please try this if you have a camera that produces stereo images in
this format.

Bino still is not really usable as a stereo image viewer, but this can
be fixed with further patches...
