I'm not sure. The commit was made on 2011-11-17, but I don't know which
release it first appeared in:

Bino currently works with FFmpeg 0.7/0.8/0.9/0.10 as well as Libav
0.7/0.8. There are some warnings about deprecated functions, but
everything runs fine.
