[linuxiran] cheops-ng now RUNs on RH9!;)

I got imlib (the main dependency of cheops-ng-shared)
installed along with a newer version!
now when I do an rpm -q I get this:
rpm -q imlib
error: cannot get shared lock on /var/lib/rpm/Packages
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 -
Operation not permitted (1)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
package imlib is not installed

Which is ok anyhow coz my sys is still up n running!;)
