Yeah, this is enough to confuse the test suite.  (The reqd2
test case won't complain the libtool files are missing since you
added them at the top-level directory, and there is ../.. in
the default aux_dir patch.)

I'll just ignore this, since running libtoolize against Automake
doesn't make any sense.
