I did - so the simple answer is using help2man I don't get pretty
highlighting, but it will work and Brendon has shown me what
I need to do for multiple line descriptions to work.

I'll try and fill in the rest of the coreutils examples next
weekend. Into the --help text - if that is what everyone
thinks is appropriate.
