May I ask how you are using it, specifically? DerekWe've got a custom-built defect tracking system, and on our various CVS servers, the checkin prog talks to the defect database. It's done to create associations between all changed files and a particular defect, and also as a way of enforcing that engineers specify which defect a checkin is intended to fix. It's not the most brilliant thing in the world, and there are obvious ways for a malicious user to defeat it,but that's what we are doing with it. -elliot
Are you using about programs specified in CVSROOT/commitinfo and CVSROOT/loginfo or are you using programs specified using the `-i' and `-u' modules options in the CVSROOT/modules file?
