pre-release test: GNU Datamash 1.7.74-c040

Hey all,

I've added a pre-release for GNU Datamash v1.8:

https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/datamash/datamash-1.7.74-c040.tar.gz

(Add .sig to the end to get the GPG signature.)

Please let me know if it gives you any problems that haven't already been 
addressed in recent email threads.


When verifying my signature, note that there are problems with keys.gnupg.net. 
The consensus seems to be to ignore the keyserver and instead download and 
import the GNU keyring:

https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-keyring.gpg

You could also get my public key from savannah:

https://savannah.gnu.org/users/trice -> Download GPG Key

There is always more to learn about GnuPG, so let me know if this workflow 
could be improved.
