[Bug-ed] Version 1.2-rc1 of GNU ed released

Version 1.2-rc1 of GNU ed is ready for testing here

Please, test it and report any bugs you find.

Changes in this version:

  * The man page is now installed by default.

  * "make install-info" should now work on Debian and OS X.

  * The license of the manual has been updated to GFDL version 1.3 or 
later.
