Hi John, 
        This warning message come because GNU fdisk internal code expect that a
partition begin/end on a cylinder boundary. I don't know how to avoid
this message while your partition end out of cylinder boundary. 

However we are designing new GNU fdisk implementation and we will
consider this feature.
