I’m updating an old Windows program that uses gettext. I’m looking for a copy of the Windows 64 bit static library. Everything online, and on https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/#navigation, says to get the binaries from https://mlocati.github.io/articles/gettext-iconv-windows.html. None of the zip files contain any actual libraries. I must be missing something basic. What are these files supposed to contain, and is there a copy of the 64 bit windows static library around somewhere.
