Re: PSPP-BUG: psppire crashes importing large text file

I couldn't reproduce this.

When I import this file, I get a lot of warnings like:

 /tmp/temperature.txt:657302: warning: (columns 22-21, F field) Field
 contents are not numeric

because some of the temp variables are "NA". PSPP correctly sets these
to sysmis. It takes about 50 seconds to do this import on my laptop,
but I don't get a segfault.

Maybe you could try to get a coredump?

(I'm a little confused as to why in the above warning message it reads
22-21 and not 21-22)

Use psppire to import the file at
http://math.gcsu.edu/~jhs/temperature.txt.bz2.
The first row contains variable names, and the first two columns contain
variables of type string. After clicking the final 'Apply' button, psppire
     will hang, then segfault.
