PSPP-BUG: [bug #24907] remember all window and dialog sizes

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #24907 (project pspp):

The gui currently saves a pspp.jnl file in my home directory (it's not even
hidden). If kept, this particular file should at least go in
$XDG_CACHE_HOME/pspp/ and be named something clearer, maybe "recent-files.jnl"
or something.

However, the ideal way to do it would be this:
