Follow-up Comment #1, bug #33250 (project pspp):
I figured out the proximate cause, if not the underlying one: PSPP is only
reading the first 152521 cases of the .sav file. I can reproduce the wrong
results exactly by running "N OF CASES 152521" before FREQUENCIES.
