PSPP-BUG: [bug #41973] Text files are not displayed in file selection window, then using "text file" filter

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #41973 (project pspp):

"Text Files" selects all files that match a mime type "text/*".
"Text (*.txt) Files" selects files whose names end in .txt or .TXT.
If Windows doesn't handle mime types well, I guess we could make the former do
both: files that match either the mime type or the extension.
