these commands are meant to be translated?

See attached picture.

i dont think "XSave" or "Else If" are to be translated. 

Are these pspp syntax expression? Right? 

I have read that somes translate even the language expression in some
envinroments.

Is that possible in pspp? To translate even the syntax commands?
