PSPP-BUG: [bug #66507] these commands are meant to be translated?

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #66507 (group pspp):

The language itself should not be translated, but there are some circumstances
where command names can come up in titles or heading in output. For those
circumstances, I wanted to give translators the opportunity to translate them.
 Maybe it is not necessary in every case; these come from a large table of
every command name and I did not consider for all of them whether it is likely
that they would appear in output.

What is your opinion?
