"makeinfo" required to build gperf 2.7.2

Hello folks,

I just wanted to report a problem I found while building gperf 2.7.2.  I
am using a Solaris 2.6 system.

After configuring gperf, I ran the build and it failed, due to the fact
that "makeinfo" is not installed on my system.  I found later that
"makeinfo" is included in the "texinfo" distribution and I am installing
that now.  Could you mention in the gperf documentation that "texinfo"
is a required dependency for building gperf?
