gettext-0.10.38 and Solaris 7 question

 I have just compiled and installed gettext-0.10.38 on Solaris 7.

 Question: all binaries are dynamically linked against Solaris' libintl.so.
           Is this likely to cause problems? Should I force linking against
           gettext's version of libintl.so?
