Hi,
While extracting an archive with -xzpf or -xzf or -xzsf options on Windows,
the file read-only attributes are preserved. However, while using -xzpkf
(keep old files) option, the attributes are all lost, even when untaring to
an empty directory.
Is it a bug or an intended behaviour???
