This is not needed; GNU libintl being under LGPL, it's only the static
linking with it that is problematic. And libintl's preferred way of
distribution is as a shared library. As long as noone distributes perl
executables with libintl linked statically into it, or libintl.{so,dll}
libraries without mention of their source and license, there is no big
problem.
