gettext bug in Solaris.

Hi,
        Due to a bug in po/Makefile.in.in pot files in non-linux platforms gets 
installed into wrong place.
        
        Pl. see the discussion in

        Attached patch solves this issue. Pl. apply this ASAP because this will 
solve a critical issue for Solaris evolution.
