gettext --with-included-gettext and INSTALLPREFIX problem

Hi,

I'm using the current gettext version (0.14.1). I encounter the following
problem when using --with-included-gettext. File relocatable.c uses
INSTALLPREFIX define/macro. Unfortunately this macro is defined nowhere.
I belive it should be defined in some gettext m4 file. Unfortunately
gettext doesn't provide any macro to define it. Google search shows that
indeed it was defined by AC_RELOCATABLE macro.

Is INSTALLPREFIX deprecated and its usage should be removed from
relocatable.c or should I prepare my own macro to define INSTALLPREFIX?
