I think it would be a lot of effort, and KDE's konqueror file browser
already has the feature: it displays a pie chart showing translated/fuzzy/
untranslated message count proportion for each PO file.

There's currently noone actively hacking the Emacs-Lisp PO mode.
Skilled volunteers are welcome.
