You need to write to the SuSE and/or Novell people.  These sorts of
packaging issues can't be resolved by the original GNU maintainers (me,
in this case).

You can get the original Texinfo from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo.  If
it doesn't compile under SuSE of whatever version, it'd be good to
report that to address@hidden
