Did you see the gnulib manual?  There is a gnulib.texi and
gnulib-tool.texi in gnulib CVS (on savannah).  (I haven't bothered to
create preformatted versions, sorry.)

I used (and updated) this when I started work on using gnulib modules in
GNU Hello -- please also see the hello CVS for how it looks.  As I
recall, I have it using getopt (which requires gettext) from gnulib now,
but unfortunately it's been a while since I had a chance to look at it.

No doubt the explanations and recipes in gnulib.texi could use more
work, so please send any comments/suggestions ...
