Will that program support conversion in both sides? Maybe we should do some
kind of parameter like in "iconv":
$ recode-be-latin -f latin -t tarask file.latin > file.tarask
But then we should have some consulting with other members of Belarusian
l10n community on what names should these variants have. And also I think we
should then rename this script into "recode-be" not to make the brain death
for users:)
