(Probably insignificant, but I thought it's pity not to report it since it
was observed in the wild.)

If the message in the PO is:

  #, c-format
  msgid "One object"
  msgid_plural "%n objects"
  msgstr[0] ""
  msgstr[1] ""

exactly like this, untranslated, and the POT changes to:

  #, kde-format
  msgid "One object"
  msgid_plural "%1 objects"
  msgstr[0] ""
  msgstr[1] ""

then after merging with --previous the PO contains:

  #, kde-format
  #| msgid "One object"
  #| msgid_plural "%n objects"
  msgid "One object"
  msgid_plural "%1 objects"
  msgstr[0] ""
  msgstr[1] ""

If the message had been translated before merging, then it would have been
given the fuzzy flag as expected.

Using Gettext 0.17.

The spotter's acclaim goes to Yukiko.
