Exactly. There should be no reason for dropping the DJGPP support.

It is somewhat different (DJGPP uses its own libc, which is much more
Posix-compliant than the Windows runtime used by MinGW), but based on
experience of many years, the amount of support needed by DJGPP is
infinitesimally small.
