Just having checked out the GNU sed sources from GIT, I wanted to test
build them, yet did not find instructions.
README says
See the file INSTALL for generic compilation and installation
instructions.
alas there is no such file:
trevally:~/sed> find . -iname '*install*'
trevally:~/sed>
