[Bug-gnubg] Inadvertent commits fixed

I have undone my accidental commits of:

./sgfp.c
./sgfp.h
./po/da.po - although I don't think this had any real effect
./po/de.po - although I don't think this had any real effect

I ignored 
./sounds/Makefile.in
since it only differed in a comment about which version of automake
was used.
I simply re-commited a copy of the previous versions of the files.
