[Bug-gnubg] Analysis/Skill thresholds question

I'm using build 11/04/03 on a WinXP Home system.

I remember that in previous versions, the 'Very Good' threshold was set to
'0.04' and the Good to '0.02'. In this build, they are both set to '1.00'.
When I attempt to change them to what I thought were the correct values, and
click enter, I go back into the Analysis window and they change back to
'1.00'. Bug, or did something change with how this setting works, and if so,
what?
