There were a couple of builds where Joseph introduced 'good'.
But the threshold for Good and Very Good isn't used at the time 
being.

These are:
(from the default .gnubgautorc)

set analysis threshold bad 0.080
set analysis threshold doubtful 0.040
set analysis threshold lucky 0.300
set analysis threshold unlucky 0.300
set analysis threshold verybad 0.160
set analysis threshold verylucky 0.600
set analysis threshold veryunlucky 0.600

And those can be changed if you like, and kept with:
Settings / Save Settings
(change: Settings Analysis)
