The problem is working out a way to show them in the panel. The obvious solution of showing each move on two lines isn't possible with the gtk list used.

One option is to display all the columns (like the non-panel build), and add a scroll bar to see both halves. I like the idea of being able to vary the size of the panels too. Another option is to show all the moves+details in a separate window when the "details" button is clicked.

My machine is almost working again so should be able to look at this next week.
