I've finished tidying up htmlimages.c and just checked it in, would be good 
if someone could check that the images still get generated correctly on 
their machine.

The code now works at different image board sizes.  It would be quite easy 
to add this as an extra option, if anyone thinks this is a good idea?

The dice and cube are drawn at a slightly smaller size than the board, I 
think they might look better at the same size, anyone know why they're smaller?
