What I don't like about a list with "language, translator(s)" is that we
would have to maintain it :-)

Maybe it's better just to credit the translators in the usual section,
but add something like "If you find any errors in the translations
please write to address@hidden" (or possibly address@hidden or
similar).

No, it shouldn't.

No, Petr is right. All instances of aszVariations[ index ] should be
changed to gettext( aszVariations[ index ] ).
