Hi all, i've installed both archives (new setup & pruning extra), but my
analysed files from previous version of GNU BG now are not readable
correctly (wrong numbers in analisys summary, all values are 0 in analisys
panel).

.gnubgautorc have some new lines in the bottom, but seems me they have not
correctly characters for line ends, and if i refresh (save) settings all
these new lines are lost.
Is it normal or is my mistake?

The program is really more, more faster than the previous

Best regards
Renzo

p.s. still waiting for an answer on html export bug

PLEASE READ!
If you read this it will save you and me for a lot of trouble!
PLEASE READ!

Joseph has commited his smaller pruning neural nets to the main part of
GNU Backgammon! That's good news. Really good news!

If you use Windows as you operating system, and want to try this, you
should try it from http://www.gnubg.org/index.php?itemid=28

If you want to try it you *must* first get and install the installation
here: http://www.gnubg.org/downloadwin.php

Don't try with one of my old packages, because that won't work!

You *should* install the prune neural net archive into the same
directory. Some files in your install directory will be overwritten.
These files are: gnubg.exe, gnubg-no-gui.exe and gnubg.wd. It can be
smart to backup these files.

You can also read the article I just wrote about this fantastic
improvment to GNU Backgammon. http://www.gnubg.org/index.php?itemid=28

Note the buttom line warning!

Good Luck!
- -Øystein

PS: Rolf, amarganth, you should get this build, since the python module
contains the two new methods: gnubg.cfevaluate() and gnubg.findbestmove()
