Fine with me, all I want is a clean compile right after CVS checkout. I'd
opt to also add the Intel compiler, which defines "__INTEL_COMPILER". I'll
submit a patch checking for both Windows compilers here soon. That would
then replace the pending patch submitted earlier w/r to the OpenGL includes.
