It would be great to have a Texinfo manual for IceCat!  Not just about
the privacy features, but also about the reason it exists, how it's
created, how to contribute, etc.  The kind of stuff we have in the
README now.  (Then the README could get a lot shorter.)

By the way, the features are described at a user level a
http://gnu.org/software/gnuzilla, with testing pages Giuseppe set up.
