BetterPrivacy IS NOT free software. The LICENSE file included in the
xpi package says just:
"BetterPrivacy is freeware; Non-commercial use and distribution only!"

So I think that, accordingly with the IceCat policies, it should
neither listed in the 'Free addons for IceCat' web page nor,
moreover, added to IceCat by default.
