[Bug-gnuzilla] IceCat-12: building test report

Hi

I would like to report a build test I have run:

1. decompress the release file (icecat-12.0.tar.xz) 

2. cd to the directory of the uncompressed source code 

3. unset SGID, with:
   $ chmod g-s . -R

4. configure and make (as regular user), with:
   $ ./configure && make

5. change run-icecat.sh permissions to be executable, with:
   $ chmod a+x build/unix/run-icecat.sh

6. install (as regular user), with:
   $ make install

The building process worked well. 
Icecat-12 starts and seems to be ok.
