Maybe check about:cache and see if there's anything unusual in there.
I didn't know about this before, this is what I have:

I'm guessing that maybe if you had disk cache turned on then it might
have cached the file sometime.
Do you have Private Browsing enabled?
I've never used that option.
I can go through all the options to delete the cache and so on. I'd
even be willing to completely delete the .icecat folder later. I'll try
to get back tomorrow, now I should start doing non-computing activities.
