You could try doing a CTRL+F5 on the page. That apparently forces a
cache reload.
Indeed that does what, it's what I often do. But for example, I'll do
that, get the real new page, and then do a normal refresh and then get
the previous version of the page.
I'm sure creating a new profile would also fix the
problem, although it also might be a little bit inconvenient for you.
I still didn't do it, so I am going to do it now, I will mv the whole
.icecat directory and see where that goes.
Also, are you working locally (e.g. on localhost) or online?
Online.
I can't really think of anything else at the moment.
I know it's weird, as I have more or less the same settings and plugins
in Iceweasel (debian wheezy 64), but without less awkward cache related
issues.
I'll do the `mv .icecat` thing now and see how it goes over the next
few days. Thanks for your ideas.
