I think that your reply has no sense. FLOSS on Win it's very important and large used (OO.o, LO, Gimp, the old good eMule and many others). We should encourage to use the free and open alternatives where it's possible, or M$ will destroy it. So I think that a IC's port could be made. I already build one years ago, before v 4.
